Religion is one of the components of the Cultural Evolution, which is a fractal Human variation on the theme of Cellular Evolution.

The study of religion may be an interesting and appropriate study within the framework of interests of biological evolution scientists. The initial study framework might include the following subjects :

(1) Evolution and development of biological-cultural requirements for religion, seeding of a religion, and its nurturing and growth.

(2) Developments of specific religious beliefs and organizations, with emphasis on the effects of various aspects on the course and extent of development; a study of the mechanisms of the processes.

(3) The inter-relationships/effects of specific/group religious phenotypes with their other specific cultural-sociological evolutionary developments.

Etc., this would surely and justifyably become a major fields of scientific interest.
